1. Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchases. Please choose carefully before placing your order.
2. Faulty or Damaged Products
Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair if a product you purchase:
•Is faulty or unsafe
•Is significantly different from the description or sample shown
•Does not perform as promised
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us at support@terrabarista.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order, providing:
•Your order number
•A description of the issue
•Clear photos showing the problem (if applicable)
We may require the product to be returned for inspection before a refund or replacement is issued. In such cases, we will cover the cost of return postage.
3. How to Request a Return or Refund
To request a return or refund:
•Email support@terrabarista.com.au with your order details and reason for return.
•We will assess your request and respond with further instructions.
•Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
4. Conditions for Returns
•Products must be returned unused, in original packaging, and with all accessories and documentation.
•Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation) must be provided.
•Products showing signs of misuse, alteration, or damage caused by improper handling may not be eligible for a refund.
5. Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless faulty:
•Used coffee equipment or accessories
•Consumable items (e.g., coffee beans, filters)
